Neville the original entrepreneur of the bunch started Tek Computers, a small on site computer repair company in 1996. Neville worked privately and under contract for many companies in Computer network support roles, companies like Viking Office Products, Telstra / MSN Australia and Bob Jane T-Marts, before taking the position of Field Service Engineer at Dow Jones. Neville eventually moved on to become the Systems Administrator for the Australian division of Dow Jones. It was here the he and Rob started their friendship and eventually a partnership in business when E-Com Technology was born. Neville now heads the E-Com web programming and design group, bringing customer websites and E-commerce solutions into production.

Rob, worked for Dow Jones for 11 years originally starting as a Field Service Engineer in the Perth office.
During his time at Dow Jones Markets he progressed to become the Field Service Manager, based in Sydney, with a staff of 20 Engineers throughout Australia. Rob's background in computer support saw him work in the
demanding and time critical environments of professional dealing rooms for companies such as Citibank, CBA, Reserve Bank, Bankwest and many other high profile organisiations. Rob now manages the E-com customer
accounts as well as co-ordinating and providing technical support services.

Shane is another original member of the E-Com team having met Neville and Rob in their days at Dow Jones. Shane graduated from CPTI with a degree in computing maintenance and was employed by Dow Jones as a Field Support Engineer. During this time Shane was responsible to companies like Dresdner, CBA, Consolidated Press, CS First Boston, Lend Lease and others where he supported financial networks and trading room systems. Shane continues to provide IT support as well as Graphic design and Desktop publishing services for our customers.
